  WindowWorks recently completed a project at my home. The whole process was easy. Their agent completely explained the whole process. The workers did an excellent job of putting in the windows. Clean-up was well done. I also felt it was a good value for the price.

  Had them come out for an estimate on siding and gutters one of the first questions was when I wanted it done I told him in a few months and after that the salesman lost interest. I was told to allow 90 minutes for the estimate he wasn't even here for 15 minutes. I held the tape measure for him so he could measure the rear of the house and then again so he could measure the side. His tape measure wasn't long enough to measure the side so he only measured about a third of the side of the house. Never measured the garage. He told me I could come to his car and look at some samples he showed me 2 samples took his estimate sheet wrote his name and my name on it. Then wrote side house and garage and the price. $27000 asked if I had any questions and then left. I can't figure out how he came up with that number when he didn't have all the measurements. His quote was over two times more then the other quotes I got.
