  Horrible customer service. Sears used to have a no hassle return policy. I couldn't return an item i got less than 24 hrs earlier and the cashier even remembered me. I did misplace my receipt, but really, one day and they even remembered me. I was told they can use the card I purchased on. I gave them the card and it did not come up. I was offered a gift card (for a business that is disappearing), but won't be back so what's the use. Good thing home depot & lowes are across the street. When I got home, i checked my card on line and sure enough, I did use the card I gave the manager, I also noticed the gift card offered was for less then 1/2 what I paid. I went back on Monday, saw a different person, got a full refund on my card in less than 5 minutes. I still don't know if the manager on the weekend did not know what they were doing or was just plain trying to rip me off, but even after the full refund, still won't be back now that I can get my Craftsman tools at other retailers.
