  My husband and I had a storm and exterior door installed from Lowe's. Afterwards, we have had problems ever since. The storm door lock came loose and on a windy day the door slammed open and never work properly. Even using the temporary pull handle never secures the door in place from the inside mechanism. Our storm door leaks whenever it rains!!! We spoke to Managers at Bolingbrook, who gave us the run around. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Lowe's contractor service. Once they receive all your money (required by Lowe's), any problems to assist will be avoided so your service contract can expire!!!!
