    Service desk (ironic) is rude and unprofessional. After years of visits, I had such a disappointing encounter, and I hope you address it. I visit my local Binnys (Mokena) once or twice a week for whiskey. I buy a bottle of Eagle rare from the "rare room" the other day and my whiskey guy says they also have some Weller in stock. I was excited about the delicious eagle, so I passed, but 3 days later that Weller was on mind. I go back and of course it's gone, but my guy says it's in stock in Bolingbrook. So I drive the 30 minutes, excited to visit a new Binnys to get my wheater, and when I go to the service desk and ask, the assistant manager says "You don't shop here often, do you? I don't recognize you. I have that in stock but I only sell it to customers who come here all the time, customers we know at this location." In shock, I just look at him, say ok and walk out. Should I tell him to check my Binnys card history and see how often I shop the chain? Nah, I am so frustrated by the attitude of this guy, I can't imagine giving him my business. Trust me, I get the way that allocated items work, I always appreciated my access to them through Binnys and is why I wouldn't shop anywhere else, among many other reasons. But this response when visiting the Bolingbrook store.....I am just shocked that anyone would talk to a customer that way. It would be better if he lied to me and said they just sold the last bottle. Spending alot of money on spirits for me is kind of a relationship, I really enjoy my visits and like to hang out at the store and browse. But I'm sick over this incident at Bolingbrook. Anyway, perhaps writing this makes me a feel better. Maybe someone will coach this guy on customer service, especially considering he is a manager, all the cashiers were watching/listening/learning from his exchange with me. Good Luck keeping customers.
